These terms govern HA. The Room has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By creating a Room account, you confirm that you are at least 13 and agree to these terms.
the Room rules
- Post only audio you have the right and consent to share.
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, exploitation, illegal content, impersonation, spam, or privacy violations.
- Do not target, shame, or abuse another person.
- Report violations and block accounts from the reel menu.
- We may hide or remove content and suspend or delete accounts to enforce these rules.
01 · who may use HA.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 to create a Room account. If the law where you live requires parental permission at an older age, you must have that permission. Do not use the Room if you cannot truthfully make the age confirmation shown in the app.
02 · the app
Off Script Foundry, Inc. gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HA. on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms, Apple’s applicable terms, and law. Do not reverse engineer the service where prohibited conduct may compromise security, interfere with others, automate abuse, evade safeguards, or use HA. to build a competing dataset or service.
HA. is a vocal-training and entertainment app. It is not medical care, a medical device, therapy, diagnosis, or a promise of any physical, social, professional, or financial outcome.
03 · accounts and security
The optional Room uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account. Do not sell, transfer, or share account access. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
04 · your content
You keep ownership of content you create. When you press Post, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, score, transcode, display, play, and distribute that post only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the Room. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies we must preserve by law or for a live safety or abuse investigation.
You promise that you have all rights and permissions needed to post the audio, including the consent of any person whose voice is recorded. Do not secretly record or post someone else.
05 · zero-tolerance conduct rules
Do not post or use HA. for content or behavior that is abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, defamatory, invasive of privacy, illegal, or designed to endanger another person. Do not post personal information, impersonate someone, violate intellectual-property rights, spam, manipulate reports, evade a block, circumvent content filtering, probe private storage, or interfere with the service.
Context matters, but “it was a joke” does not excuse abuse. The Room is open to every account in it, not consequence-free.
06 · reports, blocks, and moderation
Every other person’s reel can be reported, and every account can be blocked. A block takes effect in both directions immediately. Two independent reports hide a reel pending review. We review reports on a 24-hour operating target and may remove content, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend an account, delete an account, or contact authorities where appropriate.
We may make mistakes. Send moderation appeals to contact@offscriptfoundry.com. Include the file number and enough detail to identify the decision; do not send the disputed audio unless support asks for it.
07 · deletion
You may delete one of your reels from its menu. You may delete the complete Room account and local app file in Settings → Delete Everything. Deletion is permanent. See the Privacy Policy for what each path removes and how a failed network deletion is retried.
08 · service changes and availability
We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will not make a material retroactive change to these terms without notice where notice or consent is required. If you do not agree to an updated version, do not create or continue using a Room account.
09 · warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HA. is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that law does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Script Foundry, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from HA. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to HA. will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for HA. during the prior twelve months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10 · general
Utah law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in Utah County, Utah have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you another forum. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them with the app or business while preserving your rights.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, Apple’s applicable terms, and any App Store license terms form the agreement about HA.
